چکیده
Abstract Macrobrachium macrobrachion is an African native brackish river prawn with a high commercial value. Currently, there little information on the post‐larval production of this species. Two experiments were conducted in laboratory to develop techniques for The first experiment analyzed duration yolk resorption and second described larval stages. Yolk was studied 240 newly hatched larvae 24 h based reduction area over time. For development stages, six breeding tanks containing 100 L density 50 larvae/L used. Larvae fed combination Artemia nauplii, Brachionusplicatilis , pelleted food (Larviva ProStart, Biomar Efico). results have shown that reserves varied significantly hours after hatching. At 14 hatching, each larva resorbed approximately 85% its reserve, at 18 them still had 6.1%. Twelve stages identified three critical M. are lecithotrophic need start exogenous feeding earliest latest These highlight potential mass prawns.

[Larval development of Hypsophrys nicaraguensis (Pisces: Cichlidae) under laboratory conditions].
The cichlid Hypsophrys nicaraguensis is a popular fish known as butterfly, and despite its widespread use as pets, little is known about its reproductive biology. In order to contribute to this knowledge, the study describes the relevant larval development characteristics, from adult and larval cultures in captivity. Every 12h, samples of larvae were collected and observed under the microscope ...

The ovigerous females of Upogebia (Upogebia assisi) were collected from Pacha (24o 50 54"N, 66o 43 E) on October 6 and 7, 1994 and 1995 respectively. They were kept for rearing under laboratory conditions at room temperature (25-32oC) in the filtered seawater with salanity of 35-36 parts per thousand (ppt) and pH 7.8-9. Development of larvae proceeds from first to three or four zoeal and p...

This study documents the complete larval development of the Monkey River Prawn Macrobrachium lar using a new greenwater rearing technique. Approximately 6,000 larvae were reared for 110 days at an initial stocking density of 1 ind./6 L. Salinity at hatch was 10 ± 2 ppt and progressively increased to 30 ± 2 ppt until decapodids had metamorphosed. Temperature was maintained at 28 ± 0.5°C, pH at 7...

this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...
